Barr. Emmanuel Ndueche is a seasoned legal practitioner, corporate governance expert, and real estate entrepreneur serving as Independent Director and Legal Adviser to Romat Group. He provides strategic legal guidance to the Board, ensuring the Group’s operations align with regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and best practices.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) degree with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) from the prestigious University of Benin, and is a graduate of the Nigerian Law School, after which he was called to the Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Barr. Ndueche has extensive expertise in corporate law, compliance, and regulatory advisory, with a strong focus on structuring businesses for sustainability and legal integrity. His experience enables him to provide critical oversight on legal risks, corporate structuring, and governance frameworks within the Group.
In addition to his legal practice, he is an accomplished entrepreneur in the real estate sector and serves as Managing Director of Nezona Properties Ltd. Under his leadership, the company has developed notable residential estates, including Nezona Homes, Nezona Premium Estate, Nezona Rockview Estate (Karishi), and Nezona Skyline Estate (Idu, Abuja), reflecting his capacity to execute large-scale development projects.

At Romat Group, he plays a vital role in strengthening the legal and governance framework of the organisation, supporting strategic decision-making, and safeguarding the Group’s long-term interests.
